| Dr. Erwin's office is located at 2506 Del Prado Blvd South just south of the Midpoint Bridge between the Bob Evans Restaurant and The Breeze newspaper office. The office building is tan with dark brown trim. In most cases, you should be able to park in front of the building. If no parking is available there, you can park behind the building and walk to the front. The building is comprised of two sections--a one-story section and a two-story section. Dr. Erwin's office located in the one-story section of the building. From the front parking lot, find the dark brown sign that reads "Counseling for Positive Living, LLC." Walk into the courtyard just behind the sign. Dr. Erwin's office is in the back of the courtyard on your left. Upon entering the office, a chime with notify Dr. Erwin that you have arrived. Have a seat in the lobby and Dr. Erwin will be with you as soon as possible. Help yourself to refreshments located in the refrigerator in the kitchen while you wait. Don't forget to bring your completed paperwork to your first session with Dr. Erwin. |
